1/2 chopped onion,1 cup crab(fresh or frozen),
1/2 bread crumb(麵包粉,但我是用flour代替）,
1 egg white,
Mayonnaise and mustard x 1 spoon,
a spoon of Oliver oil.
pepper,salt and herb(garlic powder) as your like
mix them all together
捏成要的大小,coast with bread crumb
可烤（上面在加點cheese）、可煎（致雙面金黃）
佐水煮蔬菜.....在美國吃過幾次 味道很棒（自己調味）
